Good morning - it's me, the Sunroom Guy! It seems that has become my new nickname since I began writing these articles. No matter where I go someone ends up commenting about the "Sunroom Guy'. So now unless I'm at home relaxing in my own sunroom, there is just no getting away from work

Although some of my co - workers claim I am getting a big head, its nice to know someone is paying attention to my ramblings. Actually quite a few people have commented how they appreciate the information and the honest straight forward way that it is presented. Even though I am doing the writing the nice part is that anyone in our company could do the same thing (see, my head isn't that big). Why I say this is that so many of our customers have commented on how everyone in our company seems to have the same approach and attitude. From the designers to the installers everyone works hard to satisfy each customer - not so much because they have to but because they want to. As one customer put it " they had never seen a business where everyone was so proud of the product and the company and where the installers really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The reason this happens is plain and simple" - the company policy has always been to treat people the way you would want to be treated, whether it be the customer, the installer or the guy in the back sweeping the floor.

The whole point is this - do your homework, check every aspect of the job you can, It a salesperson promises you the moon - will the installer(s) live up to it? A respectable company will help you make these decisions and not force you to purchase. If you want to find out about a company that does things differently call us at 940 - 3030.
